**All kinds of university students can register at the student fee (undergraduate, master, PhD, specialization). A proof of current enrollment in an academic institution is required; it can be an official document from the university or a letter of the supervisor/head of department. Please send the letter by mail to: logistic@eventiinfiore.it

Full registration fee includes:

  • Attendance to all sessions on 19th-20th October.
  • Welcome reception event – participant’s kit, certificate of attendance.
  • All lunches and mid-session coffee breaks on 19th and 20th October.

How to register:

  • Read carefully all the info on the congress and on the registration available on the form itself and on different sections of the website.
  • In the pdf registration editable form, exists the possibility of booking hotel. Other solutions are available in Pisa. Please check the info available on this website about the venue and how to reach it.
  • Registration to the study day (18th October) and to the discussion day (21st October) have to be done separately.

** We are sorry but the number of registrations has been much higher than expected and we cannot accept more people attending the congress. If you want to subscribe to a waiting list for registration, please write to logistic@eventiinfiore.it

Discussion Day Registration

Reduced registration fee for early bird is valid for payments received by the deadline indicated as “early bird registration”. After that date, the registration fee will increase as reported above.
A mail of confirmation and an invoice of the registration fee will be sent right after the payment together with a registration number. Please review it carefully and take note of your registration number. This number will be used in future communications regarding you registration or at your arrival at the Secretariat desk.
All payments have to be made in Euros, free of bank charges.
All cancellations or changes must be sent by e-mail to EVENTI IN FIORE SAS to logistic@eventiinfiore.it. Cancellations received till September 15, 2023 will be full refunded less 50€ for administrative costs.
No refund will be made for cancellations received after September 15, 2023.
Reimbursements, if applicable, will be processed right after the Conference.
